Olivier Portenseigne Appointed Global Head of Transfer Agency at Apex

Portenseigne arrives at Apex Group with over 25 years of experience in the fund distribution sector. He previously served as CEO of FundsDLT, a blockchain-based platform under Clearstream, where he concentrated on modernizing fund distribution ecosystems. His new mandate involves leveraging Apex’s existing tokenization capabilities to bridge the gap between traditional financial channels and emerging digital infrastructure.

Renaud Oury, regional head for Luxembourg, noted that Portenseigne’s background in regulatory expertise and digital asset management provides a rare skillset for the firm. The appointment is aimed at enhancing investor access and driving operational efficiency across the group's $3.5 trillion asset servicing portfolio.
