The transition marks a deliberate shift in the firm’s leadership structure, aimed at securing long-term growth beyond its founding era. Eckersley, who established the business over two decades ago, noted that Ralph’s promotion represents a milestone in ensuring the company’s durability and continued strategic development. Since joining the firm in 2018, Ralph has been instrumental in shaping the company’s internal operations.
Alongside this appointment, the firm has overhauled its senior management team, promoting several internal leaders to new executive titles. Rupert Lovesy has been named chief client officer, while Mark Elliott steps into the role of chief investment officer. The expanded leadership group also includes Kathryn Holland as chief financial officer, Ita McMahon as chief stewardship officer, Ewelina N Wilson as chief of staff, Sarah Hanlon as chief compliance and risk officer, and Summayya Mosam as chief information officer. Further internal changes include the promotion of Bronwyn Riley to partner, as well as new leadership roles for Tom McCoy and Simon Holman, who will head financial planning and client portfolio services, respectively.
