With U.S. household wealth projected to see an $80 trillion generational transfer by 2045, Jersey-based administrator JTC is aggressively scaling its Private Capital Services division. The firm has recruited four senior specialists to bolster business development and client services across the United States and Latin American markets.

Mariano Marco returns to the firm as a Miami-based lead, drawing on extensive experience in wealth planning and succession across Argentina and the Caribbean. Joining him in Florida, Michael Schiff assumes the role of director of business development at the company’s new Delray Beach office, where he will focus on cultivating ties with regional investment and legal intermediaries.

The expansion also targets institutional partnerships and the Midwest market. Sam Traxler joins the strategic transformation team as senior director, tasked with establishing large-scale trust administration alliances with U.S. financial institutions. Meanwhile, Matt England steps in as regional business development officer, tasked with expanding the firm’s network of private wealth professionals throughout the Midwest.

Richard Hughes, head of Private Capital Services US, noted that these hires are designed to capture a share of the nation's $150 trillion in household wealth. By strengthening its regional footprint, the firm aims to position itself as a primary administrator for the incoming wave of intergenerational asset management.
